By creating an account or using Sasa Dev Hostings ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service connects your GitHub account and deploys supported web projects to our own managed hosting on your behalf, using the GitHub REST API and a secure managed data store. We manage deployments, environment variables, logs and history for websites you import.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You must verify your email address before using deployment features. Accounts may be suspended for abuse, illegal content, or violation of these terms.
The Free plan allows a maximum of 3 hosted websites per user. This limit is enforced server-side. Free-plan deployments display a fixed watermark (Built By Sasa Hostings) that links to our homepage and cannot be disabled from the dashboard.
Pro plan access is purchased through orders confirmed on WhatsApp. "Unlimited" hosting is subject to platform fair-use policies, GitHub API limits and platform resource restrictions. Pro access is time-limited unless purchased as Lifetime. We may revoke access for abuse or non-payment.
Deployments run on the Sasa Dev Hostings platform. Website addresses end in host.sasadev.site and stay available. GitHub operations are subject to GitHub's terms and API rate limits.
You retain ownership of your repositories and website content. By importing a repository you confirm you have the right to deploy it. We do not modify your GitHub source repository: build preparation (watermark injection, minification, obfuscation) happens on a temporary copy. Pro file-editing commits are created only from explicit actions you take in the editor.
You may not use the Service to host illegal content, malware, phishing, spam, or content that violates third-party rights. We may remove or suspend content that violates these terms.
The Source Protection / Obfuscation feature performs build-time minification, source-map disabling and optional JavaScript obfuscation. Browser-delivered HTML, CSS and JavaScript can never be completely encrypted or hidden. These measures are deterrents, not guarantees.
The Service is provided as-is without warranties. We are not liable for deployment failures, hosting outages, GitHub rate limits, data loss, or indirect damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may delete websites and disconnect accounts at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for violation of these terms. Upon termination, published deployments may be removed from the platform.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
